  • Represent the organization in industry forums, networks, and initiatives to enhance visibility and influence.
  • Lead outreach initiatives to establish the organization as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to embed strategic initiatives into workflows, optimize staffing, and uphold compliance standards.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare management, strategic partnerships, or service development.
  • Strong understanding of hospital systems, healthcare regulations, and funding mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build lasting institutional relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
