The Head of Strategy & Planning is part of the Senior Leadership Team and is based in Singapore.

The Head of Strategy & Planning is responsible for the strategy department and discipline for GPJ Singapore.
**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- Proven track record of leading creative strategy development for integrated marketing campaigns, including experiential (live, hybrid and virtual) touchpoints
- Demonstrated ability to unearth insights that spark creative thinking
- Adept at crafting insights and optimisation recommendations from data
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Exceptional written, presentation and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, mentoring and collaboration
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive the articulation, and implementation, of our strategic service offering for GPJ Singapore and our client portfolio
- Track the profitability of this service offering and contribute to GPJ Singapore’s overall financial targets
- Collaborate with Client Services team to develop strategic growth plans for existing and new clients alike
- Facilitation of workshops to unpack client briefs, guide identification of measurable objectives and success metrics, and deep dive into target audiences
- Lead the creative strategy discipline, translating client briefs into compelling creative briefs jam-packed with brand, industry, audience and cultural insights and developing detailed audience journeys
- Act as a strategic sounding board for the Creative and Integrated Production teams during the ideation and execution phases to ensure projects deliver against briefs
- Champion our regional focus on effectiveness, driving local adoption of tools, templates and processes that will help us demonstrate that the work we do for our clients works
- Recruitment of full-time and contract strategists with expertise spanning creative strategy, qualitative and quantitative research, communications strategy, and content strategy (as required) and day-to-day management of strategy team and their professional development
- Responsible for collation, and publication, of relevant insight and trends reports for both internal audiences and for our clients, including localisation of reports produced by GPJ globally
- Author thought leadership content that promotes GPJ and our work in the industry (quarterly)
- Foster a culture of strategic thinking within the agency through various education initiatives
- Support the Managing Director with the development, and implementation, of GPJ Singapore's annual business plan and related initiatives
