Job Title: Senior Associate, Business Management Support Specialist

The role of a Senior Associate in our Business Management Office Team involves driving and managing strategic planning initiatives for Global Financial Markets Operations. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to plan and execute learning and development programs, people engagement activities, and business continuity plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and execute Learning & Development agenda: planning, designing and implementing programs/initiatives to achieve Employee Outcomes in annual Scorecard priorities.
  • Drive and execute People Engagement agenda: planning and organizing events/activities to achieve Employee Outcomes in annual Scorecard priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Group Operations COO Team on Group Operations or Bank-level People Engagement and Learning & Development agenda and initiatives.
  • Provide support on certain strategic planning and management support activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
