**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Sales & Performance Reporting**
- You will act as a key business partner to coordinate and consolidate all the sales ambitions: actuals, weekly estimates, rolling forecasts, LE, BU, 3YR plans
- You will be responsible for providing the Managing Director periodic strategic updates, maintaining the local sales dynamics dashboard updated and sharing reporting to the local executive committee
- You will manage the deliverables timeline locally and monitor progress with the teams involved
- You will be leading regular presentations for HQ and regional/local executive committees through multiple KPIs

**Strategic Projects**
- Reporting to the Managing Director, you will act as a major contributor to the creation of various presentations including the annual Market Action Plan
- You will orchestrate transversally the retro planning with other stakeholders from market and region teams
- You will manage highly confidential projects, strategic business opportunities and sales scenarios

**Transversal Coordination**
- You will build meaningful collaboration within all the departments and with key partners globally and locally
- You will provide insights and market intel on competitors activities across all channels and product categories
- You will closely support the Managing Director to coordinate ongoing projects in various fields

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have 3+ years of experience in luxury marketing, communications or retail departments, or in cross-functional roles holding a bachelor’s degree
- Extensive experience in working in multicultural environments with multiple and diverse management stakeholders
- You are an expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and proficiency in Reporting tools
- You are known for you excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence and a motivated self-starter with a curious and flexible mindset
- Good knowledge of data & database universe
