**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Build on our people strategy as a first-class Maison, leading Cartier’s HR objectives and results in a rapidly growing and highly competitive Region (SEAO)
- Be the strong business partner for business leaders, driving transformation and evolution of our current and future talent and business priorities, rewards, workforce planning, etc.
- Partner with Richemont CoEs, peers, and global Cartier community to scale operations, leverage best practices, and embed long-term improvements for the future of work e.g. ways of working, employer branding, organization dynamics, etc.
- Take the lead on and guide your team on a range of HR topics, including employee relations (ER), talent management, compensation & benefits, learning, leadership development, etc.
- Ensure each market / function is empowered with localized solutions and agile HR advisory

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You are highly adaptable, self-motivated, with 15+ years’ experience in a senior HR position, ideally in a matrixed environment with regional / global exposure, able to navigate complexity and influence at multiple levels of the organization
- Proactive and hands-on (e.g. ER cases, leadership recruitment, onboarding) with an analytical, future-ready mindset (e.g. process improvement, digital upskilling, wellness plans)
- Open-minded, reliable communicator and team player. Appreciation for commercial decision-making for a diverse Retail workforce, exposure to Asian cultures, markets a plus

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:

- At least 15+ years regional HR leadership experience with a full HR Spectrum in sizeable multi-national companies, preferable with matrix structure.
- Strong business acumen.
- Previously leading a full function HR team with best practices.
- Strategic thinking and coherent HR roadmap with business objectives.
- Stakeholder’s management skill, deal with complexity with a strong influencing skill.
- Computer literacy and conversant with labor regulations.
- Good spoken / written English, Mandarin Chinese and/or Bahasa Melayu are a plus.
