The Regional Centre in Singapore has grown and expanded substantially over the past years with more than 300 employees currently. Southeast Asia is one of the most exciting regions in the world and offers great opportunities for Munich Re.

We are currently looking to increase our bench strength with a newly created HR Manager role. Reporting to the Head of HR, Singapore & South East Asia, you should be a creative thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive competing priorities in a change environment.

**Your job**
- Understand business challenges, needs, and proactively work with managers as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to manage people-related topics.
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping managers build organizational capabilities and identify gaps.
- Create awareness and work closely with the business to drive the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) agenda, staff engagement and other organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with Regional HR COEs to roll out global/regional initiatives imbued with a local lens by making appropriate adaptations to suit local regulations and business environment.
- Support Singapore & SEA HR Team in projects and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to gathering information and data to put together business cases and presentations for management’s review.
- Support local people-related surveys, including new joiner and exit surveys, employee engagement / pulse surveys and learning & development feedback surveys, from set up, reporting, analysis to preparing communication of results and trends.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (eg. Education, Business, Human Resources, Psychology)
- 5+ years Human Resources experience with business partner experience in a matrixed corporate environment. HR experience in an insurance or financial services company is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to liaise and influence employees at all levels
- Demonstrated drive to make improvements
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
