**About Us**:
Trific Solutions Pte Ltd is a **licensed employment agency **under the Ministry of Manpower. We specialize in providing professional recruitment services, HR consultancy, and business solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Regional Sales Director **to lead our South East Asia and China recruitment markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to grow market presence in South East Asia and China.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve recruitment and revenue targets.
- Engage with Mandarin
- Conduct recruitment activities, including travel for 2 to 3 weeks per month to regional markets.
- Expand the company’s client base by identifying and onboarding new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's **Employment Agency regulations **and uphold the company’s professional standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective recruitment solutions and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving business targets.
- **CEI (KAH) Certification **is mandatory
- Existing client base and strong networking skills in the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales or recruitment role, preferably within the employment agency or HR sector.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (2-3 weeks per month) across South East Asia and China.
