**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- You will deliver the satisfied eCommerce and digital experience through online platforms and initiatives
- You will support eCommerce and digital projects in terms of user experience, optimizing process flow, e-merchandising and conversion rate optimization

**WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?**
- Perform competitive market research
- Coordinate project calendar
- Collaborate with stakeholders on localized homepage plans and key campaigns
- Provide support for order-related matters
- Work with regional e-merchandising team to improve product display, website search results and personalisations
- Support local website catalog management for visibility, sellability and other relevant content
- Consolidate, prioritise and implement market requests for local content adaptations on our websites to support activations
- Analyse and monitor website performance, client journey, market trends to improve conversion rates
- Provide support and feedback on selected projects, till completion
- Raise service tickets for bugs, improvements, tasks with close follow-up to ensure timely resolution
- Provide administrative support pertaining to eCommerce orders, during peak gifting periods, if needed
- Work closely with eCommerce operations team on order-related topics
- Consolidate weekly and monthly business reports with insights for key stakeholders

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have at least 1 year of experience in eCommerce industry
- Fluent in English and mandarin (the nature of the e-Commerce site reuqires understanding in chinese language)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with numbers and large amount of data
- Positive attitude and logical thinking
- Have a strong sense of ownership
- A positive mindset and ‘can do’ attitude is of utmost importance
