Responsible for the performance outcomes of e-commerce platform such as Lazada, Shopee and any other future platforms
- To work closely with a team of Ecommerce, Marketing and Operations to ensure digital strategies & operations are effectively integrated
- Executing customer order fulfilment, coordinating order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
- Resolving any operational issues arriving from online marketplace
- Day to Day management on ECommerce Platforms, including listings, submission of promotions/campaigns, store layout and monitoring of data
- Liaise and work with Key Account Managers from different Ecommerce Platforms to achieve sales targets
- Regularly update on progress, upcoming promotional strategies and post-campaign feedback/review
- To work within budget and to achieve the best possible results
- Support Customer Service Team in resolving any customer’s feedback
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and competitors’ activities
- Other ad hoc projects assigned
- Minimum Diploma & above
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the eCommerce/sales industry
- Sense of ownerships, self-motivated & a team-player
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
- Passionate about the fast-paced and challenging nature of the industry and fit the DNA of the company’s culture and working environment
