**Job Description**:

- Conceptualize and execute motion graphics, as well as graphic

design for mainly digital online purposes (e.g social media, app store

screenshots, digital banners, website).
- Content creation (Non-interactive and Video content) for brands that

excite, explain, and entertain across multiple social media channels

such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Website and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to identify new ways

of connecting people with brands through forward-thinking digital

solutions.
- Amending graphics according to feedback or other requirements
- Ensure all graphics are visually appealing, compelling and on-brand
- Understanding and staying updated with the latest digital design and

cultural trends and the ability to incorporate them into your work.

Basic Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in a design-related field
- 1-2 years of design experience ideally within an agency environment
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.
- Engage in constructive design critiques.
- Able to work independently, prioritize accordingly, and iterate quickly.
- Strong communication skills without fear of over-communication.
- Skills in web design are greatly appreciated in the form of UI/UX,

experience with building websites is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After-Effect and

Premire Pro.
- Knowledge of digital optimization across screen sizes and devices
