Our Company is looking for a **Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist **to join our team. You must be passionate, creative, and results-oriented. This position is a great opportunity for an organized, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on data driven strategies.

The Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist will be the company’s in-house expert for all digital campaign development which include SEO/SEM, Facebook ads and other digital media. You will manage and be responsible for the company’s online sales (company-owns websites and 3rd party ecommerce platforms such as shopee and Lazada).

You will oversee website development and maintenance too. The ultimate objective is to drive online sales.

**Your job duties include**:

- Review campaigns metrics, google analytics, social media analytics and ecommerce trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create and manage content for the website
- Review landing pages, product information, and any other relevant systems associated with the website to ensure they are visually appealing, accurate, and easy to use.
- Ability to create alternate A/B split test campaigns based on various metrics provided
- Create and implement Facebook ad campaigns
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics to analysis various trends, key metrics. Focus on various parts of website to advice the team on better performing and under-performing areas and products
- Monitor and analyse competitive digital and social landscape to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports to inform management and the team of collective performance in all digital marketing efforts.
- Other related duties

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years work experience in a fast-paced, ecommerce marketing role
- Preferably with experience in B2C environment.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Hands-on experience with online campaign builds, management, analysis, and optimization
- Knowledge of new trends and changes in the online ecommerce world
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google and Facebook Analytics)
- Highly personable, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven professional who consistently delivers high quality work
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
