**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reporting to the Marketing, Communications & Client Director, you will define the SEA region CS strategy and adapt the CS global policy to local specificities. You will plan, lead and implement projects and services to improve service flow & process together with market Client Executives.
- You will work with local Client, Commercial & Events teams to propose and roll-out relevant client treatments to support client satisfaction & enhance client experience with the Maison.
- You will support in the implementation of client service action plan following the Client Experience Barometer results, training local teams when necessary (i.e. new functionalities) and coordinate the Satisfaction Barometer process between Cartier Central and Boutiques. Following which, you will need to implement appropriate action plans following the results to ensure KPIs are constantly reached & exceeded.
- You will be responsible for building monthly reports with appropriate analysis and reporting

- You have a clear passion in providing service excellence with a strong background and track record in related roles
- You have strong interpersonal skills with empathy and emotional control, able to collaborate and influence people
