- **Senior/ Manager, Strategic Planning**

**About the job**:
Reporting directly to the Head, Strategy & Defence Systems Office, you will have the opportunity to support the development and execution of key strategic initiatives, with direct impact to the whole Defence & Public Security (DPS) Cluster. You will be able to engage across all Business Areas (BA) and their Line of Businesses (LOB). You will also be able to develop a keen understanding of the local defence eco-system and its operating environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the Company’s strategy and mission, conceptualise, plan, organise and track business cadence such as business reviews, workplans, senior management meetings, townhall engagements to facilitate strategic planning.
- Lead and assist in strategic projects in alignment with the department head.
- Contribute to the development and execution of key strategic initiatives within the DPS Cluster, directly impacting its overall success.
- Foster strategic relationship with key customers and identify key new initiatives or programmes to support customers better.
- Conduct in-depth research, including competitor analysis, macroeconomic developments, market research, industry trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate on M&A activities, contributing insights and analysis to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Engage with internal stakeholders across all business areas.
- Responsible for ad-hoc project as required

**Requirements**:

- Highly driven person with ability to strategize, build trust and collaboration across Business Areas.
- Ability to work with and engage internal and external stakeholders across various levels of seniority.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
