Regional Leadership Opportunity

As a senior professional, you will play a key role in driving strategic planning and performance management within the Regional Health System (RHS). The RHS is comprised of institutions, government authorities, and community partners working together to deliver population health strategies in Singapore.

The RHSO institution is established to facilitate the effective delivery of population health strategies. This involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate Development & Performance Management and be responsible for corporate planning, performance management, and administrative support in NUHS RHSO and Pop Health Secretariat.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic plans at the regional level and translating national healthcare policies into actionable workplans
  • Synthesising developments and curating content for reporting to the Executive Group and Regional Health System Steering Committee
  • Establishing alignment with ReHMIO and group directions to develop RHSO workplans in support of Care Plan goals

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Aligning with RHSO divisions on strategic goals and mission, supporting them in distilling KPIs for divisional performance monitoring and management
  • Overseeing the cost centre, managing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies
  • Supervising and developing direct reports, fostering a high-performance team culture
  • Overseeing office management tasks to ensure a safe and supportive workplace for RHSO staff

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate qualifications desired
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in corporate & strategy planning, data governance, and performance management
