Job Summary:

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our organization by leading the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic plans and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business strategy, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives and adjust as necessary.
Research and Data Analytics:
  • Conduct comprehensive research on the social service and community care sector to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze data to understand client, caregiver, volunteer, and corporate partner populations.
Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Lead cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Track performance of strategic initiatives and construct a management dashboard for monitoring and reporting key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with post-graduate degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in management consulting, strategic planning, change management, and/or business development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
