To support our growing team, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive General Administrator to oversee daily operations and provide essential administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle general administrative duties, including documentation, filing, correspondence, and office management.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, leave administration, and staff welfare.
- Liaise with education institutions, government agencies, and other partners to support business operations.
- Assist with payroll processing, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support for events, student activities, and company initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff and students, addressing queries with professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in administration or office management preferred (experience in education sector is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
