**Role**:
- To lead and manage multiple accounts - group accounts include both regional and local clients
- Mentor and guide a team of Account Managers & Account Executives
- Support and lead new business pitches, as well as general business development
- Day-to-day project management across all accounts, from conceptualisation through to production and submission
- Management of specialised requirements such as photography, retouching, etc.
- Manage project budgets and be accountable for achieving profit margins on all group accounts
- Support Managing Director and Operations Director
- Oversee resourcing and capacity management of design/creative teams
**Responsibilities**:
- Define a business offering within the local Singaporean and wider SEA markets
- Target clients based on the strength and capabilities of the creative production value proposition
- Responsible for managing internal and client status meetings
- Manage requirements gathering, ensure teams have accurate information and expectations are managed at both ends
- Control creative output, schedules, cost estimates and financial control of the production process
- Oversee the timely production of clear, concise written documentation for project deliverables
- Continuously provide updated information regarding status of work, while managing client expectations, ensuring client and agency are kept up-to-date with any developments projects
- Consistently strive to improve cost effectiveness and maintain profitability - seek additional revenue opportunities by cross-selling the full range of services that are available within the eg+ Singapore studio
- Be ‘hands-on’, support the Account Servicing team with creative reviews, as well as QC of final artworks
- Guide and nurture Account Managers and Account Executives with insight and direction, provide a positive example for junior staff
- Mentor, train and be responsible for career management of direct reports
- Manage pipelines, provide accurate revenue forecasts, as well as conducting account plans and account reviews
**Experiences Required**:
- Degree Holder
- At least 7 years relevant experience with a sound knowledge of print, digital and content production processes
- Leadership experience in managing an account servicing team
- A proven track record of previous success, as well as a determination to continue to succeed
- Sound financial planning and budget management experience
- Experience working within a business development role within an agency or similar organisation
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
- The ability to multi-task and provide holistic leadership support across a range of clients
- Microsoft Office, Keynote
