Job Purpose
The Accounting Director will be responsible for monitoring general accounting practices, manage bookkeeping of multiple subsidiaries internationally, budgeting, developing internal accounting controls, tracking client accounts, reporting to the government and retaining a strong accounting team. The successful candidate for this position will play an instrumental role in the financial future of the company.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
Manage accounting teams in other company branches;
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles;
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, payroll and utilities, budgeting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust
