With over 18,000 annual enrolments, WMI provides training in asset management, wealth management, family office, compliance and risk management across more than 100 programmes.

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Director, Programme Development, the role is responsible for:

- Supporting the design and development of e-Learning courses for Asset Management from learning pedagogy, content curation to deployment on the learning management system.
- Working with the Learning Technology Team and relevant programme development teams on Asset Management course design, review and launch.
- Lead outreach to local universities and other institutes of higher learning to promote asset management courses to prepare graduates for a career in Asset Management
- Liaise with Universities’ Career Services as well as other industry bodies to organise corporate engagement and market events for the programmes
- Support the end to end development and offer of the online courses, including student counselling and support

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Education and Certification Qualifications:

- Degree in any discipline from a recognised Higher Institution

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years of relevant working experience

Desired requirements and qualities:

- Proven project management experience and ability to multi-task with successful outcomes
- Proficient with digital platforms and able to handle technology with ease
- Experience in training management systems and/or learning management systems will be an advantage
- ACTA or equivalent qualification (to ensure alignment of teaching and assessment methods to learning outcomes) will be an advantage
- Analytical mindset to compile and analyze competitive landscape to prepare analysis reports
- Excellent language skills, both verbal and written
- Strong project management, planning and organizing skills
- Meticulous; team player
- Fast learner and able to work independently with mínimal supervision; shows great initiative
- Able to work late or weekends when necessary
- High energy and positive minded, focused on results
- Situational awareness with strong interpersonal skills
