**Executive Assistant**
Location: Singapore
**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our Senior Management based in Singapore.
As an Executive Assistant you’ll provide general administrative duties, including diary management, arranging meetings, travel booking, managing payments/expenses, composing documentation/correspondence and handling enquiries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Control, coordinate, and maintain Senior Management schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other activities
- Assist with organizing regular partner engagement meetings and events including coordination, preparation for conference, booking of rooms facilities, refreshments etc.
- Compose routine and non-routine correspondences and presentation from brief notes, oral or written instructions
- Assist the team with payment requisitions for vendors, ensuring all payment requests are raised and settled in time
- Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to arrange travel, visas, and accommodation.
- Prepare expense reports and handle payments for expense items
- Assist with document management and electronic filing
- Support specific projects from an administrative perspective, as and when required
**Your Skills & Experience**:
- Experience in providing administrative support to managers
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials and critical assignments professionally.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Independent, meticulous, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to prioritize and multi-task
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management, planning & organization skills, customer-service orientation
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and willing to learn
