**Job Responsibility**
- Establish a good working relationship with assigned retail Business Partners.
- Frequent channel contact and face time with assigned Business Partners to pitch new product road map and enable sell-thru with Business Partners
- Facilitating all communications with Business Partners, monitoring the competitor’s activity, planning for boosting market share, and communicating channel activities.
- Drive close engagement with Business Partner; understand the needs of each assigned Business Partner.
- Initiates sales process; scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
- Able to manage and resolves issues and problem raised by accounts handled.
- Monitors historical performance and find potential growth as well as customer forecasts.
- Developing long term strategy and partnership with key accounts
- Deliver the sales and revenue goals of each assigned managed account.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Basic Requirements:
- To have solid background on the Electronics Retail Landscape and understand Partner management.
- Degree in business, sales management or other relevant studies. (Electronics or Home Appliances knowledge preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in handling channel partnerships.
- Preferably from the retail industry. i.e. have existing relationships with Chainstore/Supermarket staffs/buyers.
- Knows how to cultivate relationship.
- Self-motivated, go getter, with proven track record of successful channel sales growth and results.
- Have a strong understanding of channel structure, distribution concepts, and retail cycles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and a changing environment.
- Able to work independently without supervision or as a part of a team. Must have a sense of time management and responsibility.
- With excellent negotiation skills. Good in persuasion as well as maintaining good relationships with partner channels.
