Senior/marketing Executive

Singapore ALTERNATIVE SELECTION PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies to build a lasting offline connection with consumers
- Together with the head of marketing, plan and manage the marketing calendar
- Oversee merchandizing and store deco while working closely with Operations team
- In-charge of marketing activities, including in-store activations from start to end and logistics planning
- Monitor progress of campaigns and activations, measure, review and report performance
- Copywrite marketing assets and work closely with graphic design to design and develop content
- Monitor market trends, analysis of competitors activities to identify opportunities and provide suggestions for improvement
- Oversee loyalty program from members recruitment to engagement (offline)
- Key liaison to support Operations team for in-store marketing collaterals
- Ensure up-keeping of marketing related materials both at HQ and store
- Build rapport with vendors and third-party agencies or influencers to ensure high quality and excellence in execution across all marketing activities
- Generate creative concept of internal and external communications materials, and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Manage budget and manage ROI and KPIs
- Able to work weekends as and when activity requires
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications or related fields
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, F&B, retail industry
- A positive attitude and willingness to take new challenges and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and good with timelines
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Team player, able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and creative
