Offline Marketing Lead, Apac

What You'll Do:
- Paint the cities yellow Build and manage Flash Coffee’s offline marketing team in APAC, with direct ownership of our offline marketing strategy
- Coordinate performance-oriented customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns in APAC across offline, out-of-home, and non-digital channels including store marketing, TV, radio, print, OOH, and other offline media
- Manage our flyering strategy with a heavy focus on optimizing performance & promoter recruitment
- Develop, execute and optimize our store launch strategy and tactics for the region
- Work closely across functions to drive offline marketing initiatives in APAC
- Optimize internal processes and set guidelines Improve the performance of all offline initiatives by analyzing data, and recommending ways of spending budgets across all countries
- Maintain spreadsheets (databases and project plans), prepare guidelines and decks to make sure all information is well-recorded and up-to-date
Skills and Experience You Will Bring:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Deep bias towards analytics and measurement, and extensive experience with having your work measured against or towards revenue-related goals
- Experience with setting-up efficient workflows and processes with great attention to detail
- Ability to work within a tight timeline and juggle multiple projects at once
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with the world of offline marketing including TV, OOH, Print, Audio & Flyering would be preferred
- Previous hands-on experience running offline campaigns and managing an offline channel on a direct, day-to-day basis would be preferred
- Good understanding of the APAC markets and the media landscape in each market would be preferred
- Excellent managerial and mentoring skills together with a passion and ability to coach and develop more junior talent
- Hands-on mentality, a structured way of working, and extraordinary logical thinking skill
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
- A hustler. Ability to thrive in dynamic, uncertain, and fast-moving environments
- Self-starter. You’re always looking for opportunities to learn and new ways to hit our shared goals.
- Business acumen. You know how to dissect the main levers in a business, and understand how various initiatives ladder up to key business objectives.
