**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Basic Functions**
**Responsible in providing day-to-day HR and Administrative support. Organise staff engagement activities to build a strong Kohler culture in Singapore.**:
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Perform onboarding and offboarding arrangement such as recruitment, maintaining KCM recruiting model, employment contract preparation, orientation schedule, requiring of laptop for new hire, exit clearance, etc
- Manage leave administration, medical claims, and process staff insurance claims
- Administer training related matters
- Update staff movement in HRDS
- Update Organisation chart and reporting structure
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee personnel files.
- Process HR related orders in SAP system as a HR shopping cart administrator
- Organise, involve and lead HR activities in Stewardship, recreational, wellness, engagement etc.
- Represent HR in Recreation Committee and participate actively in HR activities.
- Make HR announcement such as new hire, promotion, covid-19, etc
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of latest COVID safe management measures
- Day-to-day HR operations & office administrative functions
- Generates and maintain regular HR reports as required.
- Arrangement of Company Transport
- Replenishment of Pantry items & Stationeries
- Creation of Staff Pass
- Participate in ISO Audit by preparing necessary documents requested by auditor.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties when required
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Diploma/ GCE “O” level / ITE or equivalent with at least 2-3 years relevant working experience.
- Possess effective communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and relate well to others
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details
- Able to work in a team and keep confidentiality
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with pro-active attitude
- Experience in Timesoft payroll & leave system will be an added advantageKOHLER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
