We are looking for a passionate Reliability Verification Engineer. In this position, you will be joining a brilliant team to collaborate with Micron’s various design and verification teams all over the world, support the efforts of design verification flow development, optimization, and implementation and work with cross-functional team to assure the best cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction

As a DRAM Reliability Verification Engineer, you will work with a highly innovative and motivated design & verification team to define reliability verification standard and verification methodology to ensure all Micron’s DEG project designs are free from reliability issues and concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with different cross functional teams such as Design Engineering (DE), Product Engineering (PE), Global Quality (GQ), and Business Units (BU) to drive the Field Use Assumption (FuA) guidance, “Design For Reliability” methodology and best-known reliability verification methods.
- Support GQ/TD/PE on post silicon reliability simulation and debug. Continue improving reliability verification coverage.
- Be informed on all silicon and qual reliability stress patterns.
- Guide and review Reliability Verification Plan for each DRAM project designs.
- Review and sign off reliability verification results.
- Collaborate with international colleagues.
- Participate in developing new reliability verification methodologies and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Reasonable understanding of CMOS circuit design.
- Good understanding on the different CMOS reliability mechanism, i.e. NBTI, CHC.
- Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, i.e. HSPICE, VerilogHDL, FINESIM, SimVision, WaveViewer.
- Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and in teams.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
