At Micron, we are seeking an exceptional engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with reliability testing.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and debugging test programs for HBM devices and packages. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure full test coverage and identify/address issues. Additionally, they will identify and resolve reliability test program related issues and promote innovation by driving changes in reliability features and code infrastructure optimization.

The role requires excellent technical problem-solving skills with root cause analysis and solution development, as well as attention to detail. A basic understanding of CMOS technology and DRAM device physics and design is also essential.

In this position, the engineer will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and develop their skills in data analysis, statistics, and scripting.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong coding skills in Python and C++
  • Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related role
  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of CMOS technology and DRAM device physics and design
