Reliability Engineering Expert

As a key member of our product engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing reliability test programs for our latest products. Your responsibility will be to create new reliability test flows, both on DRAM and Interface die, as well as stacked products for extrinsic DPM (Time0 and Field DPM) and intrinsic reliability assessment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement reliability test programs for HBM devices and packages, working with other teams to ensure full test coverage.
  • Understand and resolve root causes of reliability test program related issues.
  • Promote innovation and challenge the status quo by driving changes that provide us with a technical advantage over our competition.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including fab, technology development, design, system development, and quality/reliability teams.
  • Analyze data using in-house statistical tools to validate and assess risk.
  • Define interface hardware specifications and perform validation and debug of new interface boards.
  • Make technical decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
  • Mentor and develop others within the team to drive growth and development.
  • Develop project management skills to ensure efficient execution of projects.
  • Identify and promote process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of coding/programming languages such as Python/C++.
  • Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
  • Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in team-based projects.

Performing Assignments: Hardware, software, semiconductor design, or telecomm engineering assignments. This role requires expertise in multiple areas of engineering, making it an ideal fit for individuals who enjoy technical challenges and are looking to grow their careers.
