Client Service Coordinator

Answer and direct calls to appropriate departments or staff.
- Handle general inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Book appointments and ensure clients are informed of their time slots.
- Communicate any specific booking requirements to patients, such as preparation instructions.
- Notify clinical staff of patient arrivals and prioritize emergency situations.
- Ensure smooth communication between administrative and medical teams.
- Finalize invoices based on services rendered.
- Process payments and ensure accurate till balancing at the end of the day.
- Provide prescribed medication to patients according to regulations and prescriptions.
- Offer necessary guidance regarding usage and side effects when applicable.
- Assist with various office-related tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Support the clinical team in maintaining smooth office operations.
**44 hours or 4 days/ week**, including Public Holidays & Weekends (3 weekdays 1 weekend) - Shift work
