Service Coordinator

**Main work is Including not Limited but to**:
**1.) Attend to service sales process with necessary documentation & processing required formalities.**:
- Attend to service inquiries and all required documents for service sales work such as quotation, invoice, cost and management sheet and others. Monitor & carry out project coordination between client and working group for on-going projects such as, arranging necessary formality & permit, and adjust field service engineers business trip schedule. Attend to internal meeting with field service department & vendors for preparation of service works. Able to work under limited time & capable for handling any ad-hoc job ordered by sales manager or customer in case during project on-going. Assist the works related with quality management requested by ISO and any other standard organization in Singapore when it is necessary.
**2.) Assist to develop new accounts and grow existing & new bussiness.**:
- Assist to managing of service sales target and figures. Attend & arrange the meeting with customers or vendors with short notice. Gather market intelligence on customer's activities, projects and sales forecasts. Develop positive working relationships with customers. Assist to develop sales and marketing strategies with action plan to penetrate into new markets.
3. Higher NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical, Maritime Engineering or equivalent.
4. Must have the ' can-do' attitude, inspiration to learn new knowledge, and the capability to understand MEchanical & Electrical technical files; manuals or drawings.Preferable to have background knowledge 2 & 4 strokes diesel engine. but NOT mandatory.
5. A good team player who is meticulous and able to work independently.
