**SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)**
As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes, solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the integrated circuit fabrication, semiconductor packaging, and electronic assembly industries. Our products touch nearly every facet of modern life and enable smart devices, phones, computers, electric vehicles, and more to function properly. SAS consists of three distinct business units (Circuit Board Assembly, Semiconductor Assembly, and Wafer Level Packaging) which are positioned to meet our customers’ everchanging needs. **Job Purpose**:
The Regional Marketing Manager is a key member of business leadership and is responsible for working with global Business Unit partners and Regional Commercial leaders to identify, plan and execute BU growth strategies in the assigned region.
**Responsibilities**:
- To be the primary liaison between the regional commercial leadership team / strategic account management and BU LoB leaders and their global product management teams to ensure that customers have the products they need and our personnel have the necessary selling skills and tools to sell and support the commercial strategies.
- Be a key member in the creation, execution and monitoring of regional initiatives to achieve defined objectives including setting of KPI’s, defining analytics and prioritization of those initiatives linked to BTSO’s and other core business strategies
- Undertake business and market analysis to understand the dynamics affecting the region and support quarterly forecasting report outs.
- _Work with the Marketing Communications partners to develop and deploy an annual communications plan that includes:_
- Regional budget
- Participation in trade shows and conferences.
- Region wide customer seminars and training
- Promotion of new products and services
- Selling tools to facilitate product sales through regional sales channels (direct and distribution).
- Other regular messaging in support of regional priorities and other business objectives (ie. BTSO's).
- Using the Atlas CRM system, monitor key regional opportunities and look for ways to accelerate advancements leveraging company resources (Leadership, Prod Mgt., R&D, etc...)
- Provide day to day support to commercial teams for product related information, technical needs, customer questions and escalation of any issues affecting regional business performance (including R&D Service Requests and Tech Transfers).
- Contribute to the identification of new business development opportunities using market knowledge and input from commersial teams, customers, consortia and others. Recommend investments where appropriate including acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and licensing.
**Education and Experience**:
- Engineering degree from an accredited university. Preferably in a physical science or engineering discipline.
- Preferably with a MBA
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
**Additional Skills**:
- Familiarity with the electronic assembly industry
- Must abide by all Company policies/procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations.
- Must be able to travel up to 30% of working time.
- Thorough understanding of the Company’s products and procedures.
- Possess well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Address inquiries and resolve problems by using appropriate resources/other departments to achieve results/answers.
