We are looking for a motivated and hands-on **Junior Marketing Associate** to support our regional growth initiatives across Asia-Pacific. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing projects across multiple countries, working closely with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and support marketing activities across the APAC region, including digital channels, social media, local websites, and customer-facing communications
- Support regional rollout of centrally developed campaigns, partner communications, and event coordination in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ensure brand consistency in alignment with corporate identity frameworks and regional adaptation needs
- Help maintain regional digital touchpoints, including website updates, CRM input, and alignment with corporate platforms and governance
- Assist in market research and competitor monitoring to support commercial teams and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with regional functions (e.g., Sales, Service, SCM) and country teams to align marketing efforts with operational realities

**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- First professional experience (internship or entry-level role) in marketing, communications, or B2B brand support in industrial technology, manufacturing, or engineering sectors
- Familiarity with structured marketing environments, including experience working with brand frameworks, content approval processes, and cross-border coordination
- Basic experience with digital tools such as content management systems, social media scheduling platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent
- High attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a hands-on working style
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and experience working in intercultural environments
