A fast growing SaaS Fintech company is looking for a Head of Sales
Our client is expanding rapidly and is looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive the business forward and shape Sales strategy in a dynamic and rewarding role.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead Sales Growth: Take the reins in driving sales growth by effectively managing, strategically planning, and flawlessly executing sales initiatives.
Team Management: Empower both the Sales Development team, responsible for lead generation, and the Account Executive teams, responsible for deal closures, to excel in their roles.
Expand Market Reach: Experiment with and validate new market segments and use cases, and then scale the organization to harness these opportunities.
Develop the Sales Function: Enhance the sales approach by optimizing organizational methodologies, refining processes, and establishing robust frameworks.
Shape Strategic Direction: Advocate for prioritizing various market opportunities, leveraging firsthand experience and data, while collaborating with key stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, and Partnerships.
We'd like to hear from you if you posses the following:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- A robust background with 8 or more years of work experience, preferably within a metrics-driven sales environment.
- Demonstrated leadership acumen with at least 4 years of experience in management, including oversight of managers and teams comprising 10 or more individuals.
- A blend of entrepreneurial spirit, analytical prowess, and a strong commercial mindset.
- An unwavering commitment to achieving goals in ambiguous situations.
- Proficiency in recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
- An embrace of a growth-oriented mindset, balanced with both confidence and humility.
- Previous experience with a rapidly expanding technology or software company.
- A genuine passion for collaborating with startups and small to medium-sized enterprises.
Bonus experience would include:
- (SMEs)Experience in B2B payments or related fintech areas.
- Possession of an MBA or an equivalent graduate degree.
- Proficiency in a business language other than English, such as Mandarin Chinese.
