Singapore ALL ABOUT SUPPLY CHAIN Full time

**A) Supply Chain Management**:

- **Set overall SCM (purchasing, goods/ service acceptance, inventory management, warehouse/logistics management) strategy to contribute to companies profit, cashflow, operation efficiency, sustainability, supply chain risk management, and compliance.**
- Ensure the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance of the SCM process as well as **execution of such operation **within the organization by making necessary improvements.
- **Develop/ improve SCM related policies **to realize above strategy and operation.
- **Enhance category management activity **for key spending by **establishing framework of supplier assessment, cost management methods **, and strategic supplier relationship management.
- **Improve end-to-end vendor management activities from onboarding, periodical review, and off boarding to ensure the quality of supplier base **and minimize compliance/other business risks.
- **Improve sourcing capability and negotiation skills of SCM organization **.
- **Set strategy to promote sustainability **in supply chain aligning with Marketing team to improve corporate branding both externally and internally.
- Act as key contact between **our suppliers to drive deeper relationships **with strategic suppliers, to negotiate and resolve various business issues.
- Work with various **internal stakeholders **including top managements, managers, engineers, sales, and administrators
- Maintaining an **in-depth knowledge of the market **to ensure best value and practices are maintained.
- **Promote best practice and operation standardization **across the region working with RHQ as a key member of the ASEAN SCM team.

**Strategic Partner Alliance**:

- **Support our go-to-market and solutions **partnerships working closely **with BU Leadership **to drive incremental growth.
- **Manage partner program and contract **with key **go-to-market partners **, including, but not limited to, **Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, HPE **to maximize the benefits out of such partner programs.
- Act as a key contact with our partner firms to **drive deeper executive relationships **across our key partners and ensure richer sponsorships.
- Effectively leverage and interface with cross-functional teams comprised of **sales, product, finance, sales operations, capture/bid, marketing, and legal teams **.

**Build and manage partner opportunity pipeline**

**Requirements**:

- **10 years’ plus experience in related field (SCM and/or Partner Alliances **)
- **Degree **in related field (Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration)
- **Excellent verbal and written communication **skills including ability to communicate senior level both internally and externally.
- **Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills **with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers.
- Local/regional market understanding.
- **Understanding of IT/ NW **and other emerging/ disruptive technologies.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- **Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail **.
- Thorough understanding of **purchasing, logistics **and partner managements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Proficient with or thorough understanding of SAP (Preferable)
