
Director, Alliance Markets Apac

Identify and implement business development and geo-expansion projects to expand the APAC business in collaboration with local market partners
- The job scope entails business analytics & market intelligence, supporting functions in pursuing Ipsen's strategy in the region and alliance management. This is a non-exhaustive scope and can evolve with business needs and market opportunities
- Responsible for leading both strategic and operational plans, business cases, new market, and partner identification
- Region**:Vietnam, Malaysia Dysport, Philippines, India and other APAC Countries in which Ipsen has no affiliate or other physical representation with a particular focus on Brunei, Indonesia
**Drive Alliance Markets performance across APAC**
- Develop a business development framework and business monitoring tool for APAC Alliance Markets, aligned to the mission of APAC.
- Gather and analyse market data and insights to identify market potential and growth drivers
- Collaborate with Partners to review business and determine new growth opportunities
- Drive decision making through price analytics linked to patient journey, growth drivers and dynamic market conditions
- Identify operational optimization efforts to improve key financial KPIs
- Explore and where required, revamp go-to-market model, including price modelling proposition
- Develop business cases for geographical expansion, new product launches, business model evolution and relevant strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance and Global Geo Expansion & Commercial partners in preparing business cases and executing contract negotiation with Partners
**Define strategic imperatives aligned to Ipsen's roadmap**
- Develop and obtain approval the five-year strategic plan and annual operational plan for Alliance Markets APAC, followed by communication to Partners
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders and embark cross-functionally to realize the strategic plan
- Align Partner’s strategic and operational plans with Ipsen's strategy and be responsible for timely execution according to Ipsen Business Ethics and operational standards
- Monitor implementation of strategic plans while being agile to include new strategic initiatives
**Follow-up on action plans and performance of Partners**
- Monitor the local sales and market performance for the Alliance Markets with meaningful details and summary
- Ensure promotional materials are well coordinated within internal approval systems
- Initiate/Embark Partners in the Ipsen Digital Strategy
- Design and implement business review slide deck with Partners to ensure consistent reporting KPIs and format
- Initiate and complete third-party due diligence in a timely manner, followed by completion of mitigation action plans
**Coordinate the implementation of new product launches in the region
- Co-own the regulatory and supply roadmap with the Regulatory and Finance for existing brands and new launches
- Collaborate with Partners to advice the design of launch plans and implementation according to Ipsen launch excellence framework
- Deliver product launches according to the annual strategic plan
- Ensure Partner’s sales and marketing team members are trained to Ipsen standards in collaboration with medical team members
- Ensure full compliance with all SOPs
- Ensure promotional materials are aligned to the launch campaign and well-validated in advance
- Monitor launch KPI
**Build-up and foster a Partner Community**
- Define common strategic objectives within the partner community and identify key actions to leverage synergies between Partners and Ipsen
- Co-organize relevant internal events to enhance the competency, know-how and foster best practices for Partners
