Sr APAC Sales Ops Analyst/Lead/Manager

Title: Sr APAC Sales Operations Analyst/Lead/Manager

Location: Singapore, Taiwan or Malaysia

The Role

This role requires an independent, strong, and collaborative individual, who is detailed and process-oriented, demonstrate initiative to deliver sales support, sales planning, data management and business reporting. The individual acts as a key support and business partner to the APAC Sales leadership team. You can expect a great level of collaboration and appreciation from your peers and team in the accomplishment of your objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Theatre/Regional Sales Leader in monthly, quarterly, and yearly deliverables
- Run weekly cadences and inspection of quarterly targets including forecasts, funnel and Salesforce data hygiene
- Be the trusted ‘Value Add’ Business Advisors for sales leadership & management
- Drives go-forward strategies and influences sales leadership via data driven determinations, recommendations, and outcomes.
- Develop, track, and manage the performance analysis / metrics of the sales organisation using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Achieves a high degree of familiarity with an in-depth knowledge of field/headquarter sales policies and procedures
- Work closely with corporate Sales Operations and Sales Order Admin leaderships to review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization, and field acceleration (sales enablement tools, process, and programs)
- Be the ‘Voice of Sales’ by representing and driving sales needs back to the company
- Provide business insights, knowledge of company policies and procedures and support the sales team in adopting to changes implemented across the organization
- Leading the APAC Sales Operations & Renewals team, pioneering execution and implementation (business strategy and pricing) across APAC, driving operational improvement and sales excellence, establishing best practices
- Work closely with sales and operations leadership in deal structuring, execution, and scaling sales operations across the board
- Conceptualizes and defines programs and processes that increase renewal, tech refresh revenue with cross-functional departments
- Deliver reporting and analytics to drive greater growth in channel-driven sales strategies as well as cross-functional sales collaboration
- Assist with Channel team on the signing of new Distributors and co-deliver onboarding training (Affinity Partner Portal, Training, MDF, Deal Reg and Procurement process etc.)
- Deliver training on SFDC, Clari and Oracle training for new onboarding Sales Ops and Sales

Desired Skills/ Experience
- 8+ years of relevant sales operations and analysis experience
- Self-driven, dependable, excellent problem-solving skill, detail-oriented and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Sales Operations, Planning, and Analysis experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level analytical and complex problem-solving skills in their functional area, with the ability to influence as a leader across functions.
- Intellectual curiosity and agility to navigate ambiguous circumstances.
- Ability to present, articulate, and defend analyses, diplomatically, on a routine basis.
- Frequent engagement with top level executives to provide functional expertise advice that influences business unit strategy.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
