**What you’ll be doing...**

APAC Business Performance Operations Lead is responsible for forecasting, revenue performance, cadence, insights, and execution of planning activities for Asia Pacific Geography. You will be reporting to the APAC GTM Operations leader and working closely with Business Performance Ops in the areas within APAC and closely collaborating with the worldwide teams.
- Lead Forecasting, Rev Performance, Business Cadence, and Insights to support decision-making and strategic planning in Asia Pacific Geo.
- Execution of Planning Activities for the Geo.
- Deliver analysis on risk & opportunity.
- Partner with worldwide teams for Core Metrics and Dashboards Adoption.
- Improve sales productivity - Increase time spent engaging with customers: Onboard and enable the field efficiently on solutions and plays that drive successful customer interactions and decrease field time from the first day to the first dollar.
- Performance Management - Support Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, sales performance analysis, Win Loss Reports.
- Streamline experience - Build and maintain a seamless, end-to-end journey from onboarding to adoption for sales.
- Support field teams in creating a great customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop best-in-class systems, processes, & information that meet field and business needs.
- Willingness to work across time zones.

**What you bring to the table...**

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of working experience in the technology sector within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar functions.
- Must have experience in at least two of these areas: Operating model development, Process improvement, and design, Business analytics and insights, and Chief of staff/Business cadence/ Cadence management.
- Specialty/focus on analytics, insights, and business reporting.

- _ Interpersonal Communication:_ _The ability to build trust, influence, and relationships with diverse team members at all levels, the ability to leverage relationships to accelerate delivery, and the ability to use these skills to facilitate connection with stakeholders across the organization.
- _ Collaboration:_ Cross-functional and cross-cultural consensus-building skills, including willingness to work across time zones.

**Tools**:

- A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft business tools.
- Advanced Excel Reporting.
- Analytics and BI tools (Tableau).
