
Human Resource Executive

Provide administrative support in internship (e.g. collation of internship attendance sheets, calculation of internship allowance and getting approval from HOD)
- Support in COVID-19 matters
- Facilitate Temporary Staff recruitment coordination for all teams and coordinate monthly billing to recruitment agencies
- Assist to raise AOR/perform GRN for the temp staff employment
- Provide administrative support in data cleansing in ACE, HR filing, information management on MS Sharepoint
- Support in intranet updates and internal communications to all staff (e.g. internal job advertisement, proposing, preparing and sending eDMs)
- Process staff welfare administration request
- Assist in P files updates
- Prepare Staff Profile for CEO Engagement sessions as part of Staff Orientation
- Other HR responsibilities and projects such as HRIS, data analysis and compensation benchmarking exercises.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant experience and knowledge in the Singapore Employment Act will be advantageous
- Software Knowledge: MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Other skills required (if any): HR knowledge, SAP/Workday knowledge, IT and Excel-Savvy, Knowledge of Tableau would be an advantage

Working Location: Ghim Moh
Working Hours: 42 hours/week, Monday to Friday
8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs); 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
