**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain Automated Maintenance Room during implementation, overseeing the management, movement and labelling of inventories
- Perform daily operations such as daily stocktake services and inventor operations successfully, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients
- Provide 1st level general support for users, assisting with the daily store operations during the transition period with exceptional drive and effort to achieve desired outcomes by providing clear direction, accountability and close follow through on processes and timelines to provide the highest quality of work on time
- Support procurement activities, requirements gathering, project documentation and administrative duties
- Liaising with customers with effective front-line Client Relationship Management (CRM) skills that blend well with customers and vendors
- Oversee Change Management Processes with vendors which includes:

- Developing publicity and communication programs such as briefing packs or pamphlets
- Conducting dialogue sessions, meetings and training workshops with users
- Performing inventory data entries and stocktake
- Tenacity and determination to persevere in their work to see to its completion is required

**Period**:

**Working Hours**:

- Mon to Fri: 8am to 5.30pm

**Salary**:

- Up to $3,500
- $300 Transport allowance
- $55 Hp allowance

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree with relevant experience

In lieu of physical interviews, we will be conducting virtual interview, i.e. Skype/WhatsApp/Facetime/Zoom
