**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Execution**:Develop and implement logistics strategies for projects, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods or services.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating resources across departments.
Manage the entire supply chain, from procurement to transportation and distribution, while adhering to client specifications and industry regulations.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Collaborate with vendors, shipping companies, and freight forwarders to manage transportation and warehousing solutions.
Maintain close communication with the procurement team, ensuring the timely sourcing of materials or products needed for the project.
- **Risk Management**:Identify potential risks and challenges in the logistics process and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including customs, import/export requirements, and environmental guidelines.
Manage and resolve any disruptions or issues that arise during project execution, ensuring mínimal impact on delivery timelines.
- **Budgeting and Cost Control**:Prepare, monitor, and control the logistics budget for the project, ensuring that costs are kept within agreed limits.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization of the supply chain to increase profitability.
Prepare financial reports and provide insights into project spending, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- **Team Management**:Lead and manage a team of logistics coordinators, supervisors, and warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and performance standards.
Conduct performance reviews and ensure training and development opportunities for team members.
- **Process Optimization**:Continuously assess and improve logistics processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and leverage technology (e.g., logistics software, automation) to optimize operations.
Measure project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of logistics operations, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and delivery timelines.
Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients, detailing project milestones, challenges, and outcomes.
Ensure proper documentation for customs clearance, shipping, and warehousing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Logistics **, **Supply Chain Management **, **Business Administration **, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2-3 years in a project management role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehousing processes, as well as customs regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials are advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Class 4 licence with forklift licence.
