
Office Admin Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation of regularly class schedule
- Update and maintain customer lists
- Coordinate daily operation activities
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate/ Degree/ Poly/ Entry Level / Students on breaks welcomed
- Possess 1 year of relevant work experience will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Good organising and planning skills
- Able to commence work within short notice/ immediately
- Must be fluent in Mandarin to converse with Mandarin-speaking customers
