We have three divisions, DSV Road, DSV Air & Sea and DSV Solutions.
The Admin Coordinator is responsible for carrying out administrative activities in the warehouse in terms of the procurement, billing, liaising with contractors, and all other administrative activities necessary in the warehouse operations.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Assist in handling procurement administrative work.
- Responsible in Vendor Liaison at site.
- Preparation of Billing and Invoicing.
- Assist in facility maintenance.
- Ensure that workplace safety rules & DSV Policy are being followed.
- Responsible in site admin duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
**To be successful in this role you will require the following**:
- Demonstrated warehousing experience
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Should also possess good people skills and a team player
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Capacity to manage emotions and maintain an effective team environment
- Able to follow, perform and maintain a good and positive performance in both housekeeping and safety related task assign by the management
