**Role Summary**

This role is 70% Business Analyst, 20% Project Manager and 10% Salesforce Support.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead both small and enterprise-wide engagement with users to understand strategic and operational needs, capture requirements, identify gaps, and translate these into technical solutions.
- Manage projects involving external implementation partners, including communicating business requirements, managing timelines, testing, reviewing deliverables and co-ordinating deployment.
- Support, maintain and enhance existing customisations and solutions.
- Perform administrator functions such as user, permissions, licenses, capacity and storage management.
- Establish and implement best practices in Salesforce development, administration and integration. Keep abreast of new Salesforce releases and incorporate new functionalities and solutions as needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Related Disciplines; Or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
- Minimum 4 years of direct salesforce experience with at least 1 Salesforce implementation lifecycle completed.
- Experience in Higher Education.
- Working knowledge of human-centered design concepts.
- Strong traditional and agile project management skills are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
