Salesforce Migration & Implementation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Migration & Implementation Specialist to take charge of CRM transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of migrating various CRMs to Salesforce, setting up Service Cloud, and delivering scalable solutions to enhance customer support operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end migration projects from CRMs to Salesforce.
Set up and customize Salesforce environments.
Create Visualforce templates with HTML for improved UI and customer communication.
Configure Omni-Channel for enhanced team efficiency.
Develop validation rules to ensure data accuracy.
Design custom fields and data capture mechanisms.
Implement automation using Flows to streamline processes.
Manage user access for security and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Provide training and post-implementation support to drive adoption and success.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
Strong expertise in CRM data migration to Salesforce.
Proficiency in Visualforce, Flows, Validation Rules, and Omni-Channel.
Excellent understanding of Service Cloud features and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Salesforce Administrator certification is advantageous.
