
Salesforce Support Specialist

As a Salesforce Support Specialist at our global company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Salesforce platform, a key component of our company's strategy. Your responsibilities will include supporting the TDS team with administrative and configuration tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery. You will collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Data Analysts, Functional consultants, and Product Owners to provide the best service to our user base.Key Responsibilities:- Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions. Maintain and update data in Salesforce for accuracy and completeness.- Configuration and Customization: Support the configuration of Salesforce objects, fields, flows, and validation rules. Assist in implementing new features and functionalities to meet specific business requirements.- Technical Support: Provide first-level support for Salesforce-related issues, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, and collaborate with the team to identify and resolve system issues.- QA & UAT: Create detailed documentation for QA & UAT, support UAT participants, perform QA on items, and raise QA & UAT bugs.- Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes, develop training materials, conduct training sessions for end-users, and provide ongoing support and guidance.- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce, stay updated with the latest releases, and participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.Requirements:- 2+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud.- Strong understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment.- Experience in a support role, preferably within a technology or data services team.- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team.Desired Attributes:- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.Qualifications & Technical Skills:- Proficient in Salesforce administration, including user management, security, and data management.- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, including objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.- Basic knowledge of Apex, and Lightning components is a plus.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SQL Queries.- Salesforce Certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1)Joining our company means being part of a leading global real estate services firm that values career development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and provides a flexible and inclusive work environment.
