**JOB SUMMARY**:
Pricing Analyst is expected to provide pricing support to Motor line of business, across Asia MCM. The analysis is responsible to provide timely, accurate and high-quality analysis insights to assist in the business decision-making process. Fast learner with can do attitude. This role reports to the Head of Pricing.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing pricing support to motor line of business to ensure pricing adequacy and sound portfolio management according to company’s target rate of return
- Proactively and frequently improve the product pricing process through automation and reconciliation with valuation model
- Ensure products are administered correctly in the system via robust User Acceptance Testing procedures
- Involve in the annual pricing review for Motor using established actuarial methods including but not limited to GLM
- Work closely with underwriters for product pricing, design product proposition and propose monitoring efforts to identify profitable areas for growth
- Provide actuarial supports to various senior management committees meeting that are conducted on regular basis
- Drive and lead ad-hoc projects based on emerging business needs

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree in mathematics, actuarial science or statistics
- 1-2 years of pricing experience in retail non-life insurance products mainly Motor
- Proven track record of technical pricing and portfolio analysis
- Exhibit business acumen and strategic thinking
- Able to think out of box, work independently and open to travel
- Advance knowledge of SAS, R, SQL and PowerBI
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluency in English
