**We are seeking committed and motivated individuals to fill the following position**:
**MSV Pricing Specialist
**Job Summary**

1) As Japan
- CBU (Completely Bulit-Up), multi-source vehicle (MSV) pricing specialist who performs checking, analysis, and evaluation for vehicle cost & pricing.

2) As profit management specialist for the region, support development and implementation of both short and mid-long term business strategies to meet the regional profit goals and objectives

1) Region PIC: Asia, Non-Asia
- Communicate to Area Operations Department (AOD) to get necessary information for price change justification
- Simulate the profit impact and to clarify with AOD to have same understanding
- Communicate with management and get the consensus for pricing approval

2) Plant PIC:

- Communication with plant side to get necessary information for cost update/change (2 times a year & if any product change)
- Do necessary cost by factor analysis and clarify with plant to have same understanding
- Communication with management and get consensus for cost movement

3) Regional Profit Management
- Communication with both internal and external region office stakeholders for necessary profit goals and target information
- Development of short-term business task and strategy, and to drive communication and implementation with all support functions
- Communication with top management and get consensus for action plan to achieve regional profit objectives

4) Mid Term Profit Planning
- Expansion of a regional profit management role, with a mid-term (5 years scope)
- To have an integrated view with future business environment/direction and product strategy/offering, via multiple stakeholder communication
- Development of mid-term profit plan and strategy, and to monitor, drive communication and implementation with all support functions

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business / Economics / Finance
- Basic knowledge in automotive business, finance, and costing
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Flair for numbers, strong analytical skills with an eye for details
- Strong drive and perseverance with ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Willingness to work long hours and travel when required
