**Responsibilities**:
- Posting of new positions on websites and job boards upon request from hiring Manager
- Assist with day
- day recruitment activities
- Drafting out employment contract and relevant HR letters
- Onboarding of new joiners and managing exit of resigned employees
- Update HRIS with new hire information
- Maintenance of employee data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
- Daily tracking of employee attendance portal
- Assist in monthly HR reporting on a weekly and monthly
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
- Ad-hoc researches on latest HR trend and market salary
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant
- At least 1 years of experience is required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
