Business Program Manager

In the Asia Business Planning function within M&O Asia, we are looking to hire an Integrated Planning Business Program Manager with experience and a passion to work across the Asia Commercial business to develop and land the Commercial Execution Plan (CEP) in partnership with the regional Marketing & Operations (M&O) and Chief of Staff organisations

**Responsibilities**:
**Planning & Strategy**:
Commercial Execution Planning & Strategy Leadership: Deep partnership with M&O Asia Leadership team on the Asia Commercial Execution Plan (Strategy). This will include building out the framework and project plan across key stakeholders (Solution Areas, Industries & Segments, GPS, and Services)

Asia Planning Program Management: The Planning Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end Asia Commercial Execution Plan workplan across critical planning workstreams including Rhythm of Connection (RoC), revenue & opex budgets, scorecard, and commercial strategy and execution. Clear workstream owners, deliverables, workback plans and milestones to support Asia SLT alignment and sign-off on the Asia Commercial plan & strategy for all planning workstreams is a key deliverable for this role

**Partnership**: Ensure strong collaboration and alignment between Regional and Area stakeholder teams - including BSO, Solution Areas, Industries & Segments, GPS, Services, Finance and other strategic partners

**Execution & Landing**: Partner with M&O to engage with the Segment and Solution Area Sales Excellence community to ensure alignment and to support timely execution of key business priorities. One key business rhythm this role will support is the coordination of the GTM readiness and execution performance against the fiscal year priory plays in a quarterly rhythm

**Ongoing alignment and quarterly update** to enable/land updates that includes reinforcing and refining execution guidance, reflecting RoC quarterly themes/learnings, and Field insights/Best Practices for improved execution

**Lead special projects** as required

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of project/program management experience and/or business planning experience
- Solution mindset - good judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, patience, and professionalism in all transactions
- Experience leading complex and phased projects across multiple workstreams with constrained timelines
- Experience leading business, strategy or financial planning
- Drive clarity, generate energy and deliver results & planned outcomes
- Proven experience collaborating with and influencing leaders to maintain consistency and scale processes across teams
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups, responsive with strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas, timelines, and mediate between stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and project management with proven ability to drive projects, processes and programs to closure
- Experience managing complex large-scale business projects
