The role of the Data Center Integration (DCI) Program Manager requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. We are seeking a Program Manager with the ability to self-direct and who has the essential background in Data Center.

The DCI Program Manager is responsible for the program management to support day-to-day operations and execution; reviews rhythm of the business (ROB) and recommends process improvements of all integration and technical infrastructure fit-out activities to deliver new geographical to the business across Asia Pacific. The role requires timely response to action items, fields and vets engagement requests, prepares for executive meetings, kicks off internal initiatives with relevant team leaders/members, and communicates team feedback and questions. The DCI Program Manager also contributes to projects as needed to meet the changing business environment which includes project management, coordinating and double-checking work as assigned.

DCI Program Manager ensures communication and alignment across key stakeholders in the creation of execution plans and follows strategy execution best practices and contributes to management of corporate strategy initiatives across functions by driving accountability for processes, supporting communications, and reporting to ensure alignment across groups.

This position will be based in Singapore and will have responsibility of leading in driving APAC DCI OKRs & key Initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
The key responsibilities of the DCI Program Manager include, but are not limited to:
A relentless advocate to contributes to execution of continuation of business plans during periods of change or special circumstances.

Coordinating internal Microsoft scope, resource efforts, requirements, and schedules with those of the general contractor/landlord, vendors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and timely handover of the new geographical facility and capacity to the Microsoft Operations team and Business Groups.

Work with the respective Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), supporting team members to review, improve and execute the Basis of Design (BOD).

Help with coordination of telecom materials procurement, telecoms installation, security systems installation, FFE procurement and installation.

Align with the APAC DCI Program Lead and DCI (ITIMs) PM to agree delivery strategies across new geographical sites and manage a continuous improvement program that will result in a lean project delivery approach.

Identifying and managing stakeholder dependencies and DCI deliverables and handoffs.

The DCI Program Manager will work for the Regional Program Lead to set and execute sub-regional strategies.

**Business Processes**:

- Create and/or maintain best practices to identify and incorporate cost-effective solutions.
- Manage the selection, contracting, and integration of multiple vendors and internal partners.
- Facilitate client/sponsor decision-making to drive solutions, schedules, and manage change as required.

**Communication**:

- Regularly reviews cost and KPI metrics, invoices, process/policy communications to partners.
- Coordinate meetings and activities of vendors, cost managers, and integration of lessons learned in support of the Data Center Integration & Construction Project Management Teams.
- Attending project meetings, and reports, as necessary.
- Report Project Progress on scope, schedule, and budget in relation to the Integration scope and packages as required for the APAC Region.
- Provide weekly project status reporting to DCI standards.
- Challenge and remove barriers by working with others around a shared need or customer benefit.
- Ability to maintain a broader perspective, identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance the business through cross-group collaboration.
- Incorporate diverse perspectives to thoroughly address complex business issues.

**Accountability**:

- Responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on scope, schedule, and budget in relation to the Integration scope and packages.
- Work independently in support of the DCI ITIMs.
- Track lessons learned and identified and execute on cost down site up opportunities.
- Vendor Management and contract compliance
- Provide Vendor oversight and performance management, as required.
- Support Preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP’s), PER’s, and other project approval tools & templates.
- Review and approval of vendor scope of work and design review of site and building plans, as required.
- Manage compliance with prior audit results and recommendations.

**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree and basic project management experience.
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, key initiatives, and deadlines simultaneously.
