**Responsibilities**:

- Provide PM/BA support for global payments project, focusing on documenting regional payments activities.
- Analyze payment-related Operational Risk Events, identifying gaps and solutions for resolution.
- Support Ops SMEs in determining business requirements and documenting key data elements for rule-based controls.
- Deliver business requirements, testing plans, and oversee testing and development of project artifacts.
- Manage project milestones, tasks, and actions, ensuring timely execution to stakeholder expectations.
- Support and manage ad-hoc business queries and requirements.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, engaging in working groups and workshops.
- Identify and manage project risks, exercising autonomy and judgment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and risk assessment in decision-making, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

**Qualifications/ Skills**:
**Mandatory Skills Required**:

- 6-10 years’ experience in Financial Services/Investment Banking.
- Track record as a Business Analyst/Program Manager.
- Knowledge of Markets Operations and payments workflows.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and lead UAT projects.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Desirable**:

- Understanding of payments workflows and controls.
- Experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
